The Four Doctors

The 4 Doctors we all NEED!

  • Dr. Happiness.  Healthy thoughts create healthy bodies.  Find your purpose and remember love is like a boomerang!
  • Dr. Diet.  WATER WATER WATER!  Eat high quality organic food that is right for your biochemical individuality 
  • Dr. Quiet.   Deep healthy breathing reduces stress.  Getting 7-9 hours of healthy sleep.  Allowing the body to rest and digest!
  • Dr. Movement.  Exercise regularly and include energy building exercises for vitality - Work OUT & work IN

Natural Movements

Movements that make us human!  Practice as much functional variety as you can think of.  This isnt exercise, this is PLAYTIME!

  • Walking/Running.  Do it barefoot as much as possible on a a variety of terrains.  Think light, smooth, and efficient!
  • Balancing.  In order to improve balance, remember you have to put yourself OFF balance frequently.  Find narrow surfaces and PLAY.
  • Lifting/Carrying.  Make it practical.  Lift household objects and carry things for various distances.  
  • Crawling.  Its not just for babies!  Get on the ground and experiment.
  • Throwing/Catching.  Think outside of the sporting world.  Throw heavy objects in all directions, catch awkward things, throw in different ways.
  • Jumping.  Jump up, jump down, jump over, jump forward, jump backward, jump sideways...so many possibilites.  LAND SOFTLY!
  • Climbing.  Bring out your inner child and climb that tree, that fence, that mountain.  Hang from things, climb on top of things, climb down from things.
